Read MoreIntroducing EverQuote’s Lead Connection Service. Learn how you can scale your business and unlock ROI with EverQuote’s newest product offering. With Lead Connection Service, a topnotch telemarketing team will work your leads for you. It’s like immediately adding expert telemarketers to your staff, so your producers can focus on selling. Learn how this product works, the impact it can have on your business, and hear from agents how the product has supercharged their growth.
Captive Insurance Agent
Dustin Wadlow left a successful career in financial services to open his first captive P&C agency in April, 2020 and since then has seen almost unprecedented success. Starting out with only himself and a part-time “District Producer,” Dustin was quickly overwhelmed until he found EverQuote's Lead Connection Service (LCS). Working with LCS allowed him to work more leads than his capacity allowed and he quickly grew his office to a team of 6 producers, working 30-40 leads a day. Dustin is now about to open a second location, is averaging around $40,000 in monthly premium (4x a typical new agent with his carrier) and is in the top 3% out of 4,000 agents in his state. Due to Dustin’s strong results with LCS, his entire process—with EverQuote and LCS as the cornerstone—is now being taught to every new agent in his district.

Now more than ever, staying connected with consumers, teammates and colleagues is beyond important whether it is in person or digitally. Studies have shown that when others listen to us, only 7% of what they “hear” is words. That means that “93%” of what they “listen” to is our tone of voice and body language. In this keynote, Greg takes a look at some common applications and misapplications of “The 93% Rule” in personal and professional interaction. “The 93% Rule” is a message that everyone should “hear” and “listen” to. Understanding the power of tone of voice and body language will help you better understand what people really connect to.

Perry challenges, motivates and entertains you with his fast paced and powerful message about unleashing the full potential of your agency in your community. You will be challenged to reconsider conventional thinking about “opportunity” and walk away with practical ideas on how to take advantage of opportunities that exist in your community. Multiple Award Winning Top Agent
Perry Olson has been a State Farm Agent for 15 years and has grown his agencies to almost 10,000 households and 25,000 policies. He opened his first agency in August, 2006, with only one team member. Perry operated this way for one year and then started growing his business. Currently he employs more team members than any other agent in the nation. In 2002 Perry relocated to Las Vegas and explored several career opportunities before going to work for a State Farm agent. In August, 2006, Perry opened the doors to his first agency. With no money in the bank, Perry decided to employ creative financing. He went to several banks on the same day and applied for a credit card. He was approved for more than $250,000 and used credit cards to fund his agency. Perry has not only been successful with the launch of his agency but he also did it during an economic downturn. Las Vegas was an area suffering from a depressed real estate market with some of the highest foreclosure rates in the country. Perry opened his second new market agency in January, 2014, and was one of the first agents in the company to qualify for President’s Club and Trophy Winner (top 10 in the nation) in both of his offices in the same year. Perry believes in helping others by giving back to communities and individuals. To date, he has funded 4 annual scholarships to deserving students attending his alma mater in hopes of giving them a head start in their futures. He also is the founding father of a fraternity that supports young college students. He is passionate about State Farm and has volunteered to speak over 350 times without compensation. His goal is to help his team members and other agents be successful in their career.
